Returns and Refunds
At Ritchy C&B Needs, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our car and bike accessories and care products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process as easy as possible. Eligibility for Returns
• Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 5 days of the purchase date.
• Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
• Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as clearance sales, personalized items or opened care products, may not be eligible for return due to health, safety, or customization reasons.
Return Process
• Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at speak@ritchycnbneeds.com with your order number and reason for the return.
• Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back.
• Shipping: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Affix the return shipping label to the package.
• Return Shipment: Returnable items will be picked up from the shipment address provided at the time of purchase and any change in the address will incur additional costs.
Refunds
• Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the return requirements, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges
• If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact our customer service team. We will be happy to assist you with the exchange process, subject to availability. If the exchange results in a price difference, we will notify you of any additional charges or credits. • Defective or Incorrect Items: For returns due to a defect, damage, or our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
• Other Returns: For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise specified. Damaged or Defective Items

We will offer a replacement or full refund and cover the cost of return shipping for defective items. • Late Cancellations: If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the scheduled service, a cancellation fee may apply, and the remaining amount may not be refunded.
• No-Show: If you fail to present your vehicle at the scheduled time and location without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
• Pre-Existing Damage: We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle, and no refunds will be issued for such claims.
Payment Method
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
